Golf It! Driving Range Update
Since Golf It! opened at the beginning of August, we have received an incredible response from the public and demand to use our driving range has exceeded all of our expectations, with over 2 million balls hit in just eight weeks.
We want to thank you for this fantastic support. Golf It! has proved so popular and your reaction has been so positive that we have seen tens of thousands of visitors already come through the doors in just a short period of time.
We have experienced this significant volume of traffic during recent adverse weather and due to the high number of balls hit and collected in such a short period of time, we have seen the ground conditions of the driving range outfield deteriorate.
We are moving quickly to immediately address this situation and will be upgrading the outfield of the driving range as a matter of priority – customer experience is at the heart of Golf It! so we want our facilities to be the very best.
Therefore, we are closing the range until Saturday 7 October. This short closure will be followed by a period of altered operating times until Monday 23 October when we will undertake works to upgrade and enhance the outfield to ensure it remains in optimal condition during periods of high demand. This does mean that the range will be closed for six weeks at this time.
All other Golf It! facilities will remain open – so Park Golf, Adventure Golf, the Games Room, Simulator and Big Feed bar and street food service will be in operation.
The opening times for the driving range for 7 to 22 October will be:
- Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 October, 10am to 9pm.
- Monday 9 to Thursday 12 October, 4pm to 9pm.
- Friday 13 to Sunday 22 October, 10am to 9pm.
Our Driving Range is currently closed from Monday 23rd October and is due to reopen beginning of December, exact date to be confirmed.
We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide further updates regarding the reopening of the driving range following maintenance work in due course.
